Terms and Conditions for Cillerian LAN

By purchasing a ticket and attending Cillerian LAN (the “Event”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the Event without refund.

1. General Rules

• Attendees must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger).
• All participants must register with a valid ticket and provide ID if requested.
• Respect all staff, volunteers, and fellow gamers—harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Equipment & Network Usage

• Bring your own PC/console and peripherals (monitors may be provided if specified).
• No illegal or pirated software—only legally owned games are permitted.
• The network is for gaming only—no torrenting, hacking, or malicious activity.
• The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

3. Tournament Rules

• Tournament rules will be announced before each event—cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct leads to disqualification.
• Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.
• Decisions by admins are final—no disputes will be entertained.

4. Health & Safety

• No smoking/vaping inside the venue.
• Keep your area clean—dispose of trash properly.
• Take breaks to avoid exhaustion—the organizers are not liable for health issues.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled.
• If the Event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date.

6. Media & Streaming

• By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional use.
• Personal streaming is allowed only if it doesn’t disrupt others.

7. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk—the organizers are not liable for injuries, theft, or damages.
• Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
